All orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days subject to availability (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Delivery (2 - 5 working days):
Complimentary for subscriptions / orders over £20.
Standard Delivery (2 - 5 working days):
£2.00 flat rate.
Express Delivery (1 - 2 working days):
£4.00 flat rate.
It may take longer during industrial action and strikes, and for customers in Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands.
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.
We do not ship outside of the UK at the moment.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at concierge@projectharmless.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
